I'm now Regional Manager for 2 companies: "Polar Logistics" & "ASR Europe". ASR Europe opened an office in Beijing today which I will be coming to from time to time. The owners are Hong Kongnese so there were a few rituals you have to do when opening a office :)
The first part was to pray in a buddhist way, second to cut a pork steak, third cut a chicken forth to pour the drinks from the table into another glass. After all these "rituals" eat the stuff. Was pretty interesting and my first time as well.
