Singapore's forever summers

For 365 days a year it's about 30 degrees in this small country. Seems to be a bit of rainy season now since every morning the sky was coming down. Was good luck because we went to Universal Studios and there were basically no waiting time to any rides on a rainy morning. Lucky! Never seen it like this before.

The iconic revolving planet we all probably seen!
WELCOME!
Welcome to the green adventure with Shrek
Once again coming to Universals. Would love to go back to the big ones in US some day. Statues from the mummy
Inside the mummy. We managed to go twice without waiting anything.
Water world
GRU!
Street food is a big part of the food culture here
The close the streets in the evening so stalls have more space to cook and people can sit down

Death star!
The Marina has been lit up very nicely. Avoid weekends to come here, flocked by tourists

At Club Street you can find some cool bars away from the busy crowds of Clare Quay . Oxwell has cool decorations and some cocktails on tap. Was a first time I had a Gin & Chronic this way

Really liked the design in this place and the paintings

Nice to have Sri Lanka and India visiting us here!
Starting the day with a 1 hour gym pass from 6 am and then a morning coffee and bath up high. Monday could be worse!
Out with the guys for lunch, always dimsum!
Stayed in Novena Marriott for the first time. Amazing rooftop infinity pool!

Like a burning sky

First time coming to the Singapore jungle up north. We took a run in the heat!
Views from the watch tower
And some more DimSum. Love the wooden boxes they bring to the table. Sharing all the food you have ordered is much more fun than you getting your own plate.
Apartment hunting in Novena
Some champagne and crabs, thanks for the free dinner Westin
Probably the best view and HQ beers to at Level 33. Brewery up high!

Good to be home Tokyo, happy birthday Kaj!

Staying in Dubai was a short 3 days, night flight back was not too great but sure was an experience. Good to be home again with family! Explored some new food places and went to see roses in bloom at a garden a bit outside the city. Tokyo can be SO beautiful and you find so much here.

The best Gyoza in the world at this place! Can be found a bit remote out in Chiba but worth it. BEST!
 Good night Chiba
Went out to a rose garden in Chiba to watch blooming in peak season

 Happy 2 years birthday Kaj!!
Kaj got a little tent to play in and a bouncing horse. The face of a happy little man!!
Autumn is here, sunset colors different now!
 That's metallic
Found an amazing place for Hokkaido Ramen in Setagaya area. Def coming back here someday
 What ?
Going to Haneda airport during sunset is a sight. Monorail passes over the sea, great view.
Airport monorail station and Tokyo Tower

Dubai - What a posh city!

My first time ever to visit the Arab world. I didn't know really how Dubai was going to be. Only seen pictures about skyscrapers and that they have worlds tallest building. I was really surprised how everything is so nice and they have everything available. All the food chains from US and so much fancy places. The breakfast in my hotel was so far the best I ever had. Fresh berries and juices were really what sealed the first prize!

We also went for a sand safari with a jeep and rode a few kilometers on the dunes. Felt like the car was going to flip over a few times. Madmax rally! My stomach did a few flips here too. 20-30 minutes is more than enough of this. And DON'T do it if you get seasick.

Hello Taiwan! Taichung city brings back memories few years ago....

The new Hong Kong - Macao bridge is now open. And this manmade island is an opening to a bridge that goes below the sea. Worlds longest bridge! 52 km!
Evening snack in Hong Kong to get some sleep on the night flight. If you ever get a chance to go to HK and happen to have a one world platinum card, head to The Pier by Gate 64
Hong Kong hallways, I must have been here 100+ times
Good morning Dubai! Another new country this year

 A stroll around Meraas beach

So much new buildings, it's like a huge Tsukuda area
 Taking the monorail to Atlantis
My second Atlantis! The one in Bahamas and here are some really amazing places

 Here fishy fishy

Looks like a nice and empty white sand beach
Standing outside the hotel waiting for a cab with this view...Majestic skyline!!
 Evening run
End the run didn't last so long, sooo much shopping area to watch around the Jumeriah beach
 Cool waterpark
Like Pipe Dreams we used to play on Windows 95
Arabian Nights is a highly recommended restaurant to visit! So cozy, good price and amazing food

Would have been best skyline of Dubai if it wasn't for that building in the way. My gym from 54 floor was amazing!
Some really fresh honey at breakfast...
 Mustang stretch!
 Sooooo much skyline
The Tower of all towers!
 We up at 800+ meters!
Never seen anything like this! Because there isn't anything else like it :)

 Desert safari was something else!
Let's go! Madmax time!
 Hold on to your helmet!

Our Emirs and a red red sunset
 Camels chilling
 Hawk catcher
What a night it was in the dunes! No filter added
While having dinner there were some dancing performances, and this dragon too
 Liked this American diner
 Same same but at night
Taking the boat at Old Souk market

Coolest bank entrance I've seen. Good job Iran!
Worlds only 7 star hotel! Someday stay here for a night....2000 USD "only"
 Nice! Very nice!
