Last week in Tokyo...Not sure when be back?

Everything must come to an end...Round 2. This was the last week I spent in Tokyo, it has been good! The thing I'll miss most is definitely hot springs and the food.

I  also got to experience the  strongest taifoon in decades. Was walking around Shibuya and Meguro, everything was closed and deserted. Like a zombie apocalypse. Event the 7-11 stores were closed and I have never ever seen them closed.

Shibuya crossing, and not a single person. I doubt I will ever see this again in my life.
Empty Shibuya...
Ramen hunters, yum yum Perfect spot in Megure!
Lil' bits! Buy small of everything. But why...?
Evening onsens...Gotta love the wooden boxes you put your shoes in. Maybe I'll be able to come here once on my last night in Tokyo.
My other favourite place that I've discovered during the last 3 months is an onsen in Shinagawa. One of the pool is filled with natrual ground water which is completely...black.
And after a bath, this sometimes is a must
Wanted to check out this really dirty looking ramen place but was already late and not hungry  anymore. Next time Shinagawa!
Roads like a maze, some serious construction to build up Tokyo.
Kaj and grandpa visiting the local shrine
There are no one who loves Halloween as much as Japan, or maybe a shared first position with US
Some amazing Yakitori next to the office after a long day
Will not be seeing this rush hour Shinagawa station for a while anymore
 MORE RAMEN!
I take Kaj to this park every morning before going to school. There are lots of turtles in the pond and a massive Koi fish. He loves coming here, I'll miss it.

The JR line going in a circle to the most visited stations in Tokyo

Hi and bye Finland

Less than 24 hours home but still nice! Got to do a bit more Gears of War 5, would have been great to have few extra days but but...There will always be a next time. Home again in January

Sure looks like the grey season is making it's annual comeback
Sayonara, thank you Finnair for Business class upgrade

Copenhagen I'm back

It's usually best to end the tour in  Copenhagen because they have good flight connections to pretty much everywhere. We did try some great beers and walk around for 1 day. Gorgeous city! And then off back home to Helsinki.

Just  arriving at the central railway station is  sight itself

Amuuu
Iconic Nyhavn

Nice architecture...
Warpigs is a place any beer lover has to visit! The area is also cool, dodgy underground east Berlin feeling

And the teather has upgraded their names for plays
But what would a visit to Copenhagen be without Mikkeller?

Sweden North to South

A few days in Stockholm first, was nice to see the yellow here too. Had a guest visiting from India so it was a lot of tour guiding but got to try new food and see some new stuff myself too.

Hello Stockholm! Welcoming us with a rainbow
Mr. Birger who founded Stockholm back in the days. Nice stature of him at Riddarholmen
Slussen in a bit of twilight
BlÃ¥ dörren, oldest restaurant in Stockholm. Great lunch, nice drinks
MÃ¥rten Trotsigs alley, the narrowest in town. And also used to the most dangerous one because it was easy to  attack when you came up and just push you down the stairs
Bärns Asiatiska. I remember spending on Labour Day here drinking way too much wine at the far left side table
Quite lucky with the clear Autumn weather this week...Because soon: Incoming GREY
Nice to wake up with jetlag from the west, I just keep waking up 5 am every morning
Braehus ruins, a bit of Game of Thrones in Sweden too
And the view up in the "castle" is pretty nice

Lund! Back in my home town. The cathedral here is pretty amazing

 A watch like no other
Dinner at Grand Hotel never fails. It's not called Grand for nothing

Fantastic shrimp sandwich
Love the old chandeliers at Grand
 Visiting our factory in Eslöv
Found his own packing materials
Love these tiny colourful houses with windows so low that anyone can see into your living room
Tomorrow off to Copenhagen, hoping the weather will keep this nice!
