Sunny Sunny Karachi

First time down to south of Pakistan! I've heard about the place being dangerous and dodgy but was pleasantly surprised and found the place to be opposite of that. Located by the sea with beaches and restaurants by the water, how can that go wrong?? The most famous of the restaurants is called Kolachi and we went there straight form the airport. Had the best lamb ribs I ever eaten in my life! Super cool place with hundreds of seats, could fit a small village in here.

The spirit of Karachi! Have to come back here next time, super cheap too. Barely pay 40 euros for tons of food 2 people. Alcohol is banned in Pakistan so no beer here. Or wine.
Sea side
Dinosaur egg?
Hundreds of chefs in the kitchen

Some organic chicken coming up
Thanks Ahmer for this awesome dinner
Lamb ribs!
Checking into the hotel, founder of Pakistan who's tomb is on the next picture

Visiting some hospitals around Karachi, waiting to meet some doctors outside their office
After a long day of work we went to East End, a restaurant every person I met in Karachi had recommended. They only have 6 tables and don't take reservations. Luckily there was a table for us when arriving early.
Traffic is busy and all buses in Pakistan are super colourfully decorated. This would be the perfect festival bus
Or festival truck....
How most street look like
Hogwarts in Pakistan?
Birds are calling
Some fruit juice? Was very tempting but their mixing equipment looked like they hadn't been washed for 4 years
Infantile colic symposium
Followed by some Protectis cake
Even though parties and alcohol are forbidden by law in Pakistan, they are still organised for some selected few in the city. Was awesome to see this part of Karachi too! Hit me up with some of that banned Whiskey on the rocks! About 250 people turned up

Last clinic call on Saturday noon in Karachis second biggest hospital

Far far away to Pakistan - Lahore

Almost 2 yeas ago I came here for the first time, it was just becoming winter and I remember how the air was full of smoke like Beijing on some bad polluted days. This time the smoke was much less and everyday was sunny. We worked from morning to late in the night both days so there was not really any time to see the city like last time. People asked me if it's safe in Pakistan? Yes, it is safe. I never felt it to be threatening, people here are very nice! It's still a developing country in an early stage but fine to visit.

Stayed at PC Lahore, they told me it was the oldest hotel in the city. Last time I was here too but now they had expanded the hotel a lot and the gym was massive. Nice development
