It's freezing in Beijing! Must be minus degrees by now because the river running past my office is frosen already. And the wind! It's so damn windy everyday, day before yesterday while I was driving to work the wind almost threw my scooter into the woods. Think I might have to put in for some hibernation now...
The homeless and poor seek shelter in subway stations and other warm places like this poor guy here...
