Sweden - Capitol of Scandinavia

I picked up the car from the Arlanda airport and drove from Stockholm down to Skåne. It's about 600km and it took a few hours because i stopped at many castles and other sighseeing places.First days stop was checking my old house and then off to Lund which is a really old town. Lund also has one of the best universities and this town is mostly "inhabited" by students from all over the world. The University looks like no other I've ever seen, would be awesome to study here!
This is also a very old town and walking around it is NICE! Reminds me a lot of some smaller Austrian places I went to a few years ago.
Lund has the biggest cathedral in Scandinavia and it kida reminded of the Notre Dam. You can also go down to the crypt to check out all the buried bishops and other important people from the 17th century...
After Lund I continued down to Malmö which was just a 20km drive. A few years ago they build the on of the highest buildings in Sweden. A 50 store resident building which is shaped like a spiral, wonder what apartments costs at the penthouse? View must be awesome since it faces the sea...
Just outside Malmö there is the biggest preserved Viking village (Foteviken) in the world. They had really rebuild it nicely and you could check all the anicent houses from the old times. Considering it's 1000 years ago they lived there the living conditions are pretty good. Houses look like they would stand rain and the beds covered with animal skins :)

Across from the Viking town you can see Denmark. There is a bridge connecting Malmö and Copenhagen since about 10 yearsback. This time I didn't have time to drive there but maybe next. Most of Copenhagen is powered by these huge Windmills build in the sea, I dunno how many here exactly are but quite a few! When I flew to Copenhagen it was really cool to see it from the plane.
