The Yellow Mountains - 黄山

Last evening the hotel manager said we will have a chinese breakfast but look look what turned out to be what we got! Corn flakes, bacon, egg etc in a small private cozy room...Najs! Also had toast with butter and jam!
Found a driver who took us the whole 53km for 100rmb. The car was something chinese call a "Mianbaoche" which means a Breakcar coz it kinda looks like a break. Ride was fast and smooth and only a "few" close calls since the roads are really narrow around here. The driver had added a small watch of his own above the drivers seat :P A Clip when driving there
Been in China for about 4 years now and been thinking about visiting Yellow Mountains for such a long time. Now finally I made it there!!! The mountains are beauuuuutiful and the peak we went to is almost 2000m high! We walked around the mountains for many hours and after saw many peaks and had great food up in the clouds. I never been to such a peaceful place in China before. In the morning there were almost no people but later in the afternoon it was like "China" again and there were as much people as there are in ant nests.
Walking a few hours in mountains makes one hungry. We had lunch in the highest restaurant. Views were great and we were the only people. One reason was probably the price because aset of food was about 10 euros when its usually 2-3eur. Anyway the final price for 3 persons was 272 rmb and it was amazing and not a single person to bother us here.
After walking in the mountains for a few hours we took the cable cart down and went to a hot spring resort. It said the springs were natural but somehow I doubt that...The most funny thing were the fishes that eat your skin. Really! There is a pool full of fish that come nibbling on your toes, fingers, arms everywhere and it tickles in a really strange way! It was the first time I had anything "eating" me. Suppose to get rid of your dead skin...Guess I have one thing less on my bucket list now...
