Himeji Castle and more sakura!

Himeji castle is a Unesco Heritage landmark as the largest surviving Japanese castle! It's special because of it's total white color compared to any of the other castles. It's also 6 floors high, there are no elevators so we climbed small stairs whole family to get up and down. Had to carry Kaj to get him around the castle but he loved the place! Fell asleep like a rock after we had been around the city. Himeji is about 1 hour ride from Nagoya by train and it's def worth coming here for a day-trip or overnight if you are staying in Nagoya! Food in Himeji would be different kinds of Oden.

Hello Himeji! Take me to your castle

Castle spotted in the horizon!
Lot of people were visiting here for Sakura. Luckily we came just 30 minutes before they were closing up so there wasn't any que to get up
 It's so beautiful!
And on the inside, beautiful dark wood!
