Surviving Singapore Circuit Breaker

We survived Singapore Circuit Breaker!

All 4 of has been home for 9 weeks in a go. No kindergarten for Kaj even. Daily routine have been going out with Kaj for a morning walk so Aina can sleep then lunch then both sleep and then start making food. Hit that pattern on repeat for over 2 months pretty much sums up our life.

Circuit Breaker in Singapore means = Nothing is open except supermarkets and take-away food. All retailers, gyms, parks, pools etc closed. Basically you can ride a bus or subway but isn't suppose to leave your own home area.

To kill time? I bought a bicycle and been around a lot of Punggol, Sengkang area here in the north. Need to use time wisely and sneak out to explore while kids asleep. It's been an interesting 2 months but now looking forward when Singapore is opening up June 19th! Finally!

Sometimes I wish I was salmon else
Our sweet Punggol! I'm so happy we found this place
Pool and tan the home style. Hot and 32-34 everyday! We been spending many mornings on the balcony in the pool playing with cars
We have wild BOARS! in Punggol. I bumped into them 3 evenings already. The alwasy come under this tree. During daytime I went to see why. Berries fall down of some kind. Oink oink
Punggol Settlement has a nice view. Wonder how many mornings we been here for a walk with Kaj by now

Hundreds of turtles in the pond above

All beaches closed in Singapore until further notice
Took an ice cream for Kaj but he changed his mind and struggling to gobble down on 2 of these
 Sengkang massive bridge
Our own jungle Punggol, I really love this area
Went for a stroll around Little India during the Circuit Breaker with Kaj. Just to get a bit of change in scenery. It was empty everywhere!
Hawker center in Little India very closed
Taking Kaj in the bus on the second floor when it's completely empty is like a cheap team park ticket!
New bike to take me around Singapore
Found many cool places with the bike, like this wetland
Social distancing....Everywhere
Backstreets of Boat Quay are empty. Some restaurants had birds nesting in them, a lot of cleanup will need to be done after the Circuit Breaker
Open for take away only
Empty! Never seen it like this! Normally this ramp would be filled with tons of tourists having their selfies taken

Fullerton Hotel, need to stay here someday
Those wonderful trees and empty streets! I do like the empty vibe of this lockdown
Busy highway that crosses downtown so empty that I can stand in it taking a photo
Good morning Punggol! 6:30 sunrise is beautiful
Picking up some stuff and found very very blue compound
Hawker centers are open but only for takeout.
Punggol walks

Took a longer bike ride our to Selatar
