Corona and a wedding

It was difficult to foresee how fast this corona epidemic would develop around the world! Suddenly everything just stopped, almost all shops closed. Last week it travel was still possible but now Singapore is locked down. Only citizens of Singapore are allowed to come back with a 14 days quarantine. Things are still open here but I wonder how long. One great this is almost NO people anywhere, not to mention  all tourists long gone.

Hello downtown skyline
We been taking  a lot of walks around Punggol when I'm home now. So nice jungle
Sup girls?
Found a lost turtle which I carried back to the water. Never seen a turtle move so fast when it saw the water! Swoooosh!!
A bit bigger sandbox for Kaj than what I had as a kid
I'm honored to be voted as a Board Member and Treasurer to the Finnish Business Council of Singapore (chamber of commerce) ! Team seems great and can't wait to arrange events after the corona outbreak is over
HUONE in Singapore has some amazing corporate event spaces

Burnt Ends has some fine lunch and this bottle caught my  attention too
 Walking around downtown
Asian "wet markets" have gotten a very bad reputation since the corona outbreak. But honestly they are just like markets anywhere. Fruit, veggies, meat...Nothing skechy at least in Singapore
Beach still open! Hello again FOC Singapore
What an evening
Super Dario has the best lasagne in Singapore!! A must try at Farrer PArk
Congrats & Cheers Celine, was a great wedding at Raffles hotel

A sucker for colonialism architecture

 Raffles Place
 Concrete mushroom
 Got pork?
Got vegetables? No! There have been a few days of panic buying by people because many have been thinking that everything would be closed down. The results been no veggies and some other products. Well, if everyone would keep buying as they normally do there would be no issue. Toilet paper has been a comodity people been hogging too. Seen some funny emojis about this
Love shopping at Don Don Donki, just  like being in Tokyo
Found something I've never eaten before. A yellow dragon fruit. Slightly sweeter than the normal version and more slimy.
