There were not really any boats from Penghu to Tai Chung because of the Taifoon so we took the plane. It was probably the shortest ride by plane I ever took, only 25 minutes and we arrived. We met a Taiwanese guy called Joy who we went out with so the sightseeing was very minimal. We did manage to have some local hot pot, go around to some clubs and bars. Taichung is about twice the size of Helsinki.
