Pudong - Puxi Ferry

Shanghai is divided into 2 parts Puxi and Pudong. Puxi is the part that is referred as "downtown" while Pudong used to be farmland. Now the huge buildings are mostly on Pudong side like the World Finance Tower, Jin Mao and the Pear Tower. But the streets in Pudong are wider and there is less traffic and less people. Our old school in the Pudong and it takes 45 mins with bus to go there. At the moment I live in Puxi downtown so everything is close and convenient.

There is a Ferry that goes every 10 minutes over from each side and it costs 2 yuan, took the ferry instead of a subway. It's too bad they don't allow people to go out on the deck, everything is closed. Would be nice since the weather is over 20 degrees and sunny now!

Pudong side boarding
Was surprisingly empty for being China.
