Night is a lot colder, goes way under -30 and it's WINDY! But with the thick clothes no problem...Went to a "Russian" restuarant later but the food there was not Russian at all...just a Russian-ish Restaurant in China but the taxi driver told me that about half of all the people living in this place are Russian. Strange that the Russian restaurants are so poor because the place we went to was filled with Russians...Maybe you just have to chew the food at accept what you get...Tomorrow going out with our local customer so maybe we can get something better than Fake Borsch soups and crappy Olivia salads....
