It's been about a week since I moved. Really happy that I bought the scooter, so convenient to drive around. I should have got a gas driven scooter years ago!! Driving to Sanlitun takes about 30 minutes. The compound I live in is HUGE! There are about 20 buildings of this size. Inside the compound there is also schools, hospitals, restaurants, stores, police station etc. Me and Jussi are living on the 11th floor of this old looking house even though it's only build a few years ago. Don't look like it...

There are tons of locksmith numbers on the wall. So don't worry if you forget your key, just dial one of these numbers and a guy will turn up to unlock your door. I heard that most of the "locksmiths" are ex convicts or burglars. Wonder if any of them come back and open it again if they see something valuable inside? I called one of these number once in Shanghai, guy came in 15 minutes, opened the lock and asked for about 20 euros. Nothing disappeared from the house after that...
You don't really see "real" trash truck here like back home. And there is always something falling off the load
Weather has been unusually good here the last week. Sky is blue and air is actually quite fresh! Just look how beautiful Chaoyang park looked like! We went out for a picnic.
No Entry / No climbing says the signs. In China you don't need to care because no guards will ever tell you to do what the signs say....
