Some countries that are just behind the corner from Finland I never even visited. Lithuania is one of them. I didn't really have expectations or know what find there but it blew my mind! The prices are so resonalbe, food great, people friendly and city gorgeous. I will definitely come back here. So more restaurants we would have wanted to eat at. Also drove out to Hill of Crosses that is about 230 km from downtown. Worth the drive, haven't seen anything like this anywhere in the world before!!
Every second year all Latvians dress up in their traditional clothes and sing songs around the city. What a cool tradition!
