The class-differences in China are massive. You either have money or you don't...When you have it life is sweet! I can only think of very few things that you CAN'T buy here (like legal games and Dvds) :D
Huge Armani, Hermes D&G shops cover the blocks in high end shopping places. And the cars parked outside these shops are NOT the cheaper ones...Many of them belong to party officials high police chiefs or other leaders working for the government...The strange thing is that the government has set a salary roof to people working for the government which is about 1000 euros...Now how can they afford all these Porche Cayenne, Audi A8 and S class Mercedes etc....one might ask...
This is not really like home when passing Alexanterinkatu or Mansku back in good old HELLsinki.
