Few days in Singapore

Got some guests visiting from our HQ to Singapore, also finally got to get a sofa! So nice to have a place to sit at in the living room now. And the gaming experience with the new TV and sound is amaaaazing.

It's always nice to fly via Hong Kong. Tickets few hundred euros cheaper and enjoying the first class lounge is amazing. This Expresso martini is for you James!
Some Deviled eggs at Yardbird by the Marina, yum yum
Visiting the NHUS for the first time, super advanced medical facilities!
And never getting tired of the view at Level 33
HOME!! Still needs some fine tuning but we are getting there

And Laksa for dinner at the lounge again, next stop: BALI

Weekend trip to Kawagoe

There are a lot of places visiting not far out of Tokyo. Some are easy to just take a train to, others better by car. Kawagoe is one fo those you can just take a straight train out of Shibuya for about 30 minutes. Kawagoe is called "little Edo" because it's the old Tokyo. There are a lot of very old cool wooden houses here that you can't find in the city. Lot of nice snacks and food too. And, they are famous for their Unagi which is one of my favourites!

The rising sun
The famous Unagi was amazing
Unagi shop
Oldschool small shops
We happened to come the same day a big summer fireworks festival was planned. All the young people wearing Yukatas for the evening party
The old clock tower
Those amazing massive trees!
This bank was def designed by someone not Japanese back in the days
Write a good wish
Summer in the air (but 36 degrees hot so don't think they were enjoying)
Temple trinkets
She's probably been here since the shop was opened, 100 years ago
Street view with a mix of new and old
Ninja!
The sakura here must look nice
Oh yum with some sweet potato and pastry wrapped around it
